Minimum requirements

This list provides minimum requirements for the software to function properly.

  • CPU: Any x86_64 processor supporting AVX2 extended instruction set
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • HDD: 256 GB, ~600MB installation space
  • OS: Microsoft Windows 10 x64
  • Display resolution: 1920 × 1080

This list provides recommended requirements for the software to function with good performances, running complex projects and/or in coexistence with other software.

  • CPU: Intel i5 8th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5 Zen 2 or newer, 4 cores or more.
  • RAM: 16 GB DDR4
  • HDD: 256 GB solid state drive
  • OS: Microsoft Windows 11
  • Display resolution: 1920 × 1080
  • Discrete GPU (Optional): NVIDIA RTX 2000 series or newer

The discrete GPU is strongly suggested when running Deep Learning models using ONNX.

If you use a GigEVision camera, you need a dedicated Network Interface Card, with the possibility of enabling jumbo frames. For demo licenses only, the PC must be connected to the Internet.

Security requirements

The perpetual licensed version of OEVIS® does not need to be connected to LAN/Internet. If the machine in which the software is installed is connected to some kind of network, it is user responsibility to take all safety measures.
